Probably is because of all the Kiwis here. Not really ... we keep importing Indians (Hindis) and Chinese and they take up all the available rentals. That must be from all the Kiwis that have flown across the ditch. The exodus is the highest it has been in many years, with better Aussie wages being the main drawcard. Yeah teh financial and property markets have fallen throughthe floor these days. I've lost around $26,000 in my superannuation fund since 2001.
